What we say:
The inviting pink salmon glow of this wine instantly gets your attention. Classic Pinot noir aromas of earthiness show through combined with wild strawberries and raspberry. The palate is dry with a slight tannin but full bodied, rich and truly delicious. Smooth mouse and a good long finish this is without doubt one of, if not the best English Sparkling Rose wines you can buy.
Perfect for food with that dryness and slight tannin, but don’t overpower it, it’s still quite delicate.
